Envelope Books

Happy Sunday everyone!!
I have a couple albums to share with you today!  Back in May, I took a Something Splendid class (by Elizabeth Kartchner).  The Envelope Book class was so much fun!  It’s such a cool way to store some fun notes and pictures I’ve been saving up over the years.  Here are two albums I’ve made so far (another one’s on the way!) using what I learned from the class.

This one is the first book I made…. it’s very girly and I included lots of little notes, and Ziggy cartoons, and pictures of my loves inside the album.

Cool fact:  The glassine envelopes I used, well it took me a few months to find these!  lol!!  But, I finally found some at this cool prim country store we frequent.  They were a bargain too- and came with lots of ribbon, as well as pre-stamped!  Score!  🙂

I made this album for my mom’s birthday.  I used Basic Grey Life of the Party papers, and K & Co. diecut pieces.  Inside the envelopes, I included my fave pics of my mom throughout the years, and some confetti to fall out of the envelopes as well!

I cut the pictures into the shape of Polaroid pictures for fun.  🙂

This was a fun class– definitely check it out if you get a chance!

Thanks for stopping by!  🙂
