Card Making

Just wanted to share some cards I made with the beautiful Graphic 45 collection, “A Time to Flourish”. The papers were almost too pretty to cut up! I started these cards in one of my Scrapbook Expo classes, and I finished them recently. It was so easy to complete 12 months worth of cards in one afternoon!

Scrap Sunday: Card Edition

Happy Sunday everyone!!  We’re still enjoying beautiful, unseasonably warm weather here.  I am loving it, and I have come down with a major case of spring fever!  πŸ™‚
Just wanted to share some cards I made last week.  I think making cards is really fun, and it really challenges me to think on a smaller scale.  I bought a couple cute card kits @ Target, and that is where most of these cards came from!

These two cards above were just a fun little project.  I made the flower/banner embellishment, then added a doily, mist and a card base.  I was going to use them on a layout, but that didn’t come together.  So now I have cute twin cards!

That’s all for today!!  Thanks for stopping by!  πŸ™‚

Love Cards

Happy Friday!!!!
I wanted to share the Valentine cards I made this year with you!  I was going to do it earlier, but this week was a crazy one for me!
I used my Heidi Swapp ‘love’ stamp I had forgot I had- for shame!  I also used The Girls’ Paperie flower stamp as well.  The little hearts are by K & Co.
You might notice the one in the top right-hand corner has extra hearts.  I gave this one to my mom (extra love!).  All the hearts actually were covering up my stamping error- I hate when my hand slips & the stamp stamps where it shouldn’t!  But… there are no mistakes when creating, right?  Only room for more embellishments!  πŸ™‚

That’s all for now!

Things are looking scary this month at From Screen 2 Scrap!!  This month’s poster is none other than Psycho.  This is the perfect time to grab some Halloween pictures and play along with us!

1. A spooky house (1 point)
2. A silhouette figure (2 points)
3. A one- word title split in half (3 points)
Here is my project for the challenge- Scream card.
I cut my title in half, and I love this witch sticker!!
