Happy Planner Weekly Spreads | October 9-15

Hello! It’s the beginning of another week in beautiful October! I spent the weekend at the Stamp & Scrapbook Expo here in town, and had a great time. I can’t wait to share my haul (coming Wednesday!). I’m still coming back to earth after a couple of days worth of shopping & learning…

Here are my weekly Happy Planner spreads for the week ahead.

First up is my Classic size Happy Planner. I’ve been in an orange kind of mood lately, so I put a bunch of orange-themed stickers together, and I love it!Orange Inspired Happy Planner Spread | JM CreatesOrange Inspired Happy Planner Spread | JM CreatesNext up is my Mini HP. I made a simple rose gold themed spread this week. I don’t think I’ll ever tire of rose gold!ย  ๐Ÿ™‚Rose Gold Inspired Mini Happy Planner Spread | JM CreatesI found the rose gold crystal pen shown here at the Expo. Before the show begins of Friday, the vendors come out of the showroom and hand out coupons and show off some of their product. When I saw the folks from Tall Mouse flashing this pen around, yep, that was the first booth I went to! A rose gold crystal pen? Perfection. And, it writes sooo smoothly. Happy Monday!

I have always loved reading books (and magazines) and find endless inspiration in them, but I haven’t made them a priority in a very long time. I hope that this year I can change that. I think I’m not only drawn to particular authors, but I’m drawn to the colors and photos on the covers. Have you ever bought a book because it would look good in your collection? Guilty here!

Happy October!

I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers. -Anne of Green Gables

I love October! It’s the perfect transition month. I’m not quite sure we could accept the changing of the seasons into winter if we did not have the beauty of October. I love the richness of the colors, the coolness, the sights, and the smells. And, I love these pumpkins in the photos below!  ๐Ÿ™‚

What’s your favorite part of October?
