Stay home and craft. I’ve been (loosely) trying to do that since we got our stay at home order last month. What happens when you love to plan ahead and decorate your planner accordingly? Well, I’m still enjoying decorating my planners with #allthestickers, but I’m using my planners a bit differently these days.Instead of writing in plans, because well, there aren’t many for me, I’ve been making checklists daily. This seems to help me stay on track in terms of accomplishing at least a few things each day. It also helps to separate the days, because they are running into each other!I’m still using my big Recollections planner (yay!), but that doesn’t mean that I’m not playing with other formats, like traveler’s notebooks, etc. At the end of each day, I’m still coming back to my main planner I decided on for 2020. In a way, it makes everything feel a little normal and familiar. Before too long my planner will be filled with work schedules and appointments again, but for now I’m making my planner work for me!
Today I just wanted to share which planner I’ve chosen to be my 2020 everyday planner. I went with the large Recollections spiral hourly planner! I love the extra space on the weekly pages and the overall design of this particular planner. It’s neutral, but with pops of color added in here & there. I decided to go with the larger size because it stays at home, so I don’t have to worry about lugging it around with me in my bag.I did add some touches to the inside of the planner, like below, where I added a sheet of vellum from The Planner Society.I also added some Mambi stickers where I thought they would look good.A Planner Society acetate page…More Planner Society vellum…I liked this paper also from The Planner Society. It has the perfect colors for this planner! For a few dashboards, I just added some washi where I thought it looked nice…I’m already obsessed with how cute this planner is! I can’t wait to use it everyday! I’ll share another post about this planner in a few weeks, because I have some great ideas about how to use the notes pages in the back of the planner. 🙂
I’m stopping by today to share my new weekly spread! It’s a really special week, because next Saturday is my birthday! I wanted a party themed layout, and I love how it turned out! I used some Mambi stickers from the Rongrong Seasonal sticker book. I also threw in some florals from the Mambi Fun Florals sticker book to add some extra pink. You can never have too much pink! 🙂
I’m so sorry, I’ve been a bad blogger recently!! I found myself more busy than usual, and the blog took the hit this time. I hope to make up for it by sharing a roundup of the recent planner spreads I’ve created. I have been using all sorts of different planners and layouts to see what I connect with right now… and it’s not been a successful experiment! I feel like I fell off the planner wagon when I left my Mini HP in August, and I’m working on getting things back in line, because this is the busiest time of the year, and I really need my planner to keep me in line!
I’m also sorry the photo quality is all over the place. I’ve been experimenting with my big camera vs. my phone and filters… and you can tell! Stick with me, I have to get it together soon! 🙂

I’m getting used to sharing my Recollections Hourly planner finally! I used to just decorate and fill this planner in just for me, but I’ve been putting more time into this planner as my everyday planner, so I thought I’d share my September monthly spread, and the first week of September too. I used the Mambi Rongrong Seasonal sticker book to decorate the monthly spread, and the rose gold bow washi is by The Planner Society. Here’s the first week of September- I can’t believe we’re in September already! i used more Mambi Rongrong stickers here, and some Sugar Paper polka dot washi from my stash. Functional and pretty to look at!
Just a quick post today to share my Recollections weekly spread for this week. We’ve been having much cooler mornings lately, so I know that summer will be on its way out soon. 😦
So, I decided to do one more summery spread in my planner. I used some Mambi Rongrong stickers on this layout. I love having some pretty stickers on this layout, but I also still have plenty of room for my functional planning.
